Job Description

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of empowering our revenue team and new hires, across various roles, to excel. Collaboration is key here, as you'll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Leadership, Marketing, and People Operations teams to refine and execute our skill development and productivity strategy. As a vital member of our team, you'll spearhead the execution and continuous improvement of our productivity goals. Your innovative approach will see you partnering with various stakeholders to transform new initiatives, products, and campaigns into productivity enhancements for our revenue team. 

  • Evaluate, design/redesign and curate training materials used to train revenue employees across all roles and stages of the sales process
  • Develop and/or curate content and curriculum for scalable revenue growth programs and processes to assist in productivity improvements
  • Own and iterate on strategy and execution of onboarding and everboarding programs, including the definition of various role competency milestones
  • Develop, as needed, revenue team based knowledge certification programs
  • Support the Go-to-market function in executing effective change management and readiness planning
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations team to build and maintain dashboards to provide insights into productivity improvements and as well as knowledge and skill gaps
  • Provide input to hiring process to ensure highly qualified team members are selected for open positions
  • Design and implement manager enablement in support of company and annual goals
  • Communicate across all levels of the organization in clear and concise manner
  • Work with vendors and partners to launch programs with critical success metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years combined experience in enablement, sales, training or other discipline, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to build and maintain comprehensive program content and curriculum for skill and knowledge development
  • Experience using enablement platforms including Showpad, Seismic, Highspot, SalesHood, Mindtickle or other leading programs
  • Experience working with MS Office or Google-Suite of products
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce and other tools in the sales specific tech-stack
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
