Lead Routing Representative

As a Lead Routing Representative, you are the first point of contact for inbound leads into CallRail. You will be a member of the Sales Operations team, working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Customer Support departments. 

This role ensures our leads are properly qualified and routed to the appropriate sales organization for further action. You will learn about our products, our industry and our customers all while developing skills to help further your career in Revenue organizations.

• Review inbound leads to ensure quality and validity 
• Conduct database and internet research to enrich leads making them actionable for our closing teams
• Properly route leads to the appropriate sales teams based on business rules
• Conduct routine data cleanliness measures to maintain data accuracy for leads in our CRM 
• Report to management lead quality observations
• Maintain/Work lead queue of questionable accounts until such time further action is required
