Lead Sales Development Representative
Job Description
We`re actively searching for a Lead Sales Development Representative to join our team and lead our endeavors in the Eastern European market.
Responsibilities:
-
Training a team of 3 Sales Development Representatives.

Monitoring KPI implementation.
-
Coordinating team processes.
-
Handling inbound inquiries from potential clients across various communication channels (phone calls registrations email chat).

Making outbound calls to potential clients within targeted segments and businesses to attract them and schedule meetings with our Sales Executives.
-
Delivering presentations about our company and product line to potential clients identifying their business needs and fostering interest and ongoing dialogue.
-
Maintaining communication with potential clients providing additional information about our company products and any other necessary details.
-
Identifying key decision-makers and gathering relevant information about them.
-
Recording important occasions of contacts and extending congratulations.

Inviting clients to events and following up with them to update their status post-event.
Desired Skills and Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator.

At least 3 years of experience working with B2B clients or partners.
-
Fluency in Ukrainian and English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.

Proficiency in communication via phone email and social media for both inbound and outbound leads.

Exceptional oral communication and presentation skills.
-
Self-motivation a strong work ethic and high levels of honesty.

Understanding of the SaaS industry particularly CRM BPM and Low/No-Code solutions is advantageous.
