As our Lead Sales Ops Representative, you'll be responsible for:Â
- Identifying critical issues impacting operations and strategy from metrics including productivity insights, lead-to-sales analysis, and region trends
- Evaluating sales processes, programs, and systems to increase revenue, minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction
- Supporting sales leaders and finance on sales pipeline and forecasting
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
- Ensuring the sales team[s] has appropriate reporting, dashboards, and analytics withhigh-quality data
- Overseeing administration of CRM (Salesforce) and help drive adoption of multiple enterprise business tools
- Conducting operations reviews with sales leaders
- Owning the monthly commission report for everyone in the India team by calculating and validating monthly variable earnings accurately and on time according to current compensation plans

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- Strong technical experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), some programming is a plus (R, Python or equivalent
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets(Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations & Strategy in a organization (SaaS preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experienced in engaging proactively/confidently with cross functional department leaders
- Strong Excel skills set to retrieve and analyze data from disparate sources
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously
