This will be a customer-facing staff, that is responsible for winning business. They will also be contributing to the Baker Hughes sales plan in a specific region. Lastly, they will be defining sales strategies for targeted clients.
As a Sales Lead Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the full awareness of and compliance with, the requirement of all relevant company/customer HSE handbooks, HSE, and emergency procedures.
- Preparing for approval and action of sales plans, sales visits, technical papers, and strategies.
- Coordinating with other departments, etc., to optimize efforts and minimize costs.
- Generating customer inquiries & coordinate tenders/contracts/credit verification, ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes policies.
- Promoting and selling group Pipeline Services (Gas recompression and ILI Synergies) in a structured, planned manner to increase existing market share and establish new customer(s).
- Having frequent and extensive travel within the US market as required.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales)
- Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales.
- Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have experience in Process & Pipeline Services.
