Lead SDET

Location: 100% Remote, anywhere within the US 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features and enhancements.
• Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the latest software development technologies and methodologies.
• Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to refine project requirements and specifications.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, security, and scalability of our software solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, Selenium, SQL, and REST API technologies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for software applications, with a strong focus on Java, Selenium, SQL, and REST API technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading software development projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including design patterns, code quality, testing, and continuous integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
