• Responsibilities. Responsible for interaction with various Global Security teams, including Critical Incident Response Management, Fraud Prevention, Security Architecture, Threat Intelligence, and Business Security Incident Response Team. Work with Team Leads and internal clients to build trusted advisor relationships. Work on the ground with SMEs and our clients to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate client IT needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. Work with Security and Fraud teams to create and drive a future vision for next generation cyber security and fraud alert catalog and playbooks. Work with IT development & Product Management areas to build key enrichment & integration from ADP products and supporting platforms. Lead efforts to gather/define requirements to develop prevention, detection, and response capabilities within ADP Cyber security and Fraud platforms. Collaborate with detection engineers, to design, build & maintain cyber & fraud alert catalogs. Promote use of innovative new technology and best practices for evolving security objectives. Analyze and define solutions, maintain and enhance existing solutions, as well as participate in the delivery of core projects. Provide support in troubleshooting Production issues, wherever required. Analyze Business & Functional Requirements to develop technical designs. Develop technical design documentation. Understand leveraging API's to pull and push data from different data sources to update records in SOAR. Enhance the existing solutions and fix issues within the day-to-day operations of SOAR platform. Provide technical support.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study and five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: SOAR development; Design, configure implementation of solution design to meet functional requirements; Python and SQL; Design UI and UX, including Dashboards, Reports, and User Access Control Frameworks; Configure SOAR Applications, Workflows, API Integration, Notifications, and Packaging; Troubleshoot Platform and Application functional issues and coordinate; remediation with the Security Ops, Engineering teams and Stakeholder Platform IT teams; Analyze Business & Functional Requirements to develop Technical designs; Design RBAC and Manage SOAR user accounts (including bulk user uploads and user account creation); Train users to navigate the SOAR applications and provide technical support; and Create planning status and progress presentations to update Senior Management and Stakeholders.

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
