What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience developing automation tools and/or programming applications
• Hands on experience with backend scripting languages (Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Familiarization with cloud hosting technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Experience in Windows/Unix/Linux administration and with networking fundamentals
• Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to work independently

We'd Love to See:

• Experience deploying and integrating security technologies
• Familiarization with vulnerability scanning and management solutions (Rapid7, Tenable, Qualys, CheckMarx, etc)
• Knowledge of log data aggregation solutions (e.g. Elk, Kafka, Splunk, Exabeam, etc.)

Impact You'll Make:
We're looking for a Lead Security Engineer with an Innate curiosity coupled with strong problem solving skills to join our team. You'll have a chance to learn new technologies and determine when and/or how these could benefit the team and company, while providing recommendations and implementing solutions to improve processes within team operations. Focusing on troubleshooting issues that occur within the vulnerability management infrastructure, you'll document and update procedures used by the team. Within our matrixed environment, you'll work with security teams and product owners to develop automation processes and resolve technical issues with vulnerability management infrastructure along with our Incident Response teams on developing and managing the backlog of needed orchestration and automation requests related to cloud endpoint health.
