Job Title:

Lead Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description:

Essential Functions

• Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities for products and assess the impact of profit margins on certain products.
• Maintain business cases for new product development initiatives, for current products and various opportunity scenarios
• Interpret and provide recommendation on complex concepts and oversee the preparation of the financial modeling or analysis and reporting of results
• Work with cross-functional organizations to accomplish task by coordinating information requirements to generate complex financial analyses in order to prepare financial reports and investigate variances to forecast, budget plans
• Present financial data to senior management including identifying areas for operational improvements and performance measurements

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree Required

Experience:

• +7 years in FP&A function
• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical abilities on complex topic
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time restraints
• High proficient personal computer skills, Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel) and technology driven
