Lead, Service Delivery Implementation

The Northern Trust Company seeks a Lead, Service Delivery Implementation to be responsible for workload and project management of technical projects related to client onboarding and change. Consult with business partners and clients regarding technology change. Act as a subject matter expert and consultant on technologies including Alteryx, Cobol, Control-M, and Oracle. Advise on technology project scope and provide Level 3 technical support for Production technology solutions.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 8 years of progressively responsible experience with application development or technical support in the Financial Services industry. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with Oracle databases and IBM Mainframe, including z/OS and AS400; 5 years of experience with programming code; 5 years of experience with Market Operations, including Cash, Equity, and Debt instruments; 3 years of experience acting as an escalation point for incidents; 3 years of experience delivering IT services and application solutions; 2 years of experience with Cobol, Java, or Python; and 2 years of experience with Peoplesoft.
