This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Services Consultant - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on customer success by leading the entire technical delivery process. You will take ownership of implementation from initial discussions through to the successful go-live. This position requires a balance of technical prowess and customer interaction, ensuring that solutions not only meet technical standards but also align with business goals. Your expertise will guide clients in successfully deploying cloud-based solutions, paving the way for enhanced customer experiences. Accountabilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center, providing recommendations and problem-solving for high-profile customers.
  • Lead design and configuration workshops to produce detailed Technical Design Documents (TDDs) based on business objectives.
  • Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts utilizing Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, Amazon Lex, and other AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and go-live phases to ensure smooth implementations.
  • Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers to effectively manage their solutions.
  • Maintain strong communication with Engagement Managers, providing updates on project status and deliverables.
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in technical support or consulting.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is essential.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
  • Skilled in automating deployments and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience in integrating various contact center solutions.
  • Strong programming skills with experience in AWS Lambda and Python.
