We're looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to kickstart and head our SRE team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for building a resilient and scalable system architecture from the ground up. You'll have the exciting opportunity to shape the team's culture and practices, ensuring our healthcare technology stays reliable and efficient as we grow. Key Responsibilities:

• Build the Team: Create a great SRE team from the ground up. Focus on teamwork and a friendly work environment.
• Make Plans Work: Come up with practical strategies to keep our systems reliable and ready for growth.
• Design Systems: Set up reliable systems that can scale to our future needs.
• Set Best Practices: Develop simple, effective ways to manage our systems and solve problems.
• Guide and Help Your Team: Share your knowledge, help your team grow, and learn from each other.
• Work Together: Join forces with other tech and product folks to make sure our systems run smoothly.
• Talk Tech and Needs: Have clear, straightforward chats with tech partners and our own team to make sure everyone's on the same page.
• Keep Things Safe and Right: Stay on top of keeping our patient data safe, following the rules of the healthcare game.

Requirements
