Job Description

We are currently seeking a Lead Sitecore Developer focusing on back-end development to join our team of architects and engineers. We are looking for a software developer who has a strong interest in learning new technologies to join our growing team. You will be working with a team of talented developers, leads, and architects that will provide support as you tackle important problems and resolve complex issues for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle and understand the entire software development process from design to development to deployment to maintenance.
  • Work with a team to solve problems and deliver project work for our clients
  • Actively participate in client meetings, professionally and expertly, tailoring communications to fit your audience.
  • Require minimal supervision, provide oversight for assigned projects, and get things done without being micromanaged.
  • Work fast with an attention to detail within a fast-paced work environment with hard deadlines.
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
  • Work collaboratively with a team in an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Sitecore Certification (Sitecore 9.x or 10.x)
  • 7+ years of professional programming experience
  • 5+ years Sitecore development, including building completed Sitecore Experiences from start to finish
  • Familiarity with the Agile development processes, including the use of coding standards and systems for version control, build, regression testing
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and consulting skills
  • Familiarity with modern programming architecture
  • Actively participated in scalable website and web application development

Nice to Have’s:

  • Hands-on experience designing/developing/consuming APIs
