About the Role:
Trace3 is seeking a driven Lead Software Developer to spearhead our LAMP Development Team. If you are passionate about leveraging JavaScript, NodeJs, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Microservice environments to create technical solutions, we’d love to hear from you. As a Lead Software Developer, you will be the linchpin of our development team, coordinating with data engineers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to drive strategic projects that meet our business objectives. You will provide technical leadership, ensuring our software solutions are efficient, secure, and scalable. Your strong communication and leadership skills will play a crucial role in mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzing complex system requirements and identifying program interactions and interfaces between subsystems
• Collaborating with business partners and developers to comprehend desired system requirements
• Participating in technical grooming sessions with development teams for thorough understanding of new initiatives
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring secure development standards are adhered to
• Troubleshooting applications proactively, identifying performance and availability issues, and proposing effective resolutions
• Conducting code reviews for compliance and quality assurance
• Leading and participating in regular release deployment calls, user story refinements, and monthly retrospective meetings
• Driving technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge transfers, and ensuring the organization is updated on these initiatives
• Assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, monitoring performances on assigned projects, and ensuring efficient project execution
• Evaluating new tools and solutions, and identifying process improvements for greater scalability

What We Expect from You:

• Minimum of 8 years' professional development experience, with 5 years' experience in developing web solutions using JavaScript and microservices in NodeJs or TypeScript
• At least 3 years' experience in technical leadership, developing APIs using GraphQL, and working with Azure cloud platform
• 2 years' experience with MongoDB and Kubernetes, particularly in an Azure environment
• Proficient in SQL, with emphasis on query development and tuning
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing functions in Azure, and working with Azure Data Factory
• Excellent diagnostic skills, troubleshooting capabilities, and an ability to logically determine solutions
• Superior organizational, time management skills and communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Basic understanding of machine learning/statistical learning principles
• Experience in dashboard development and integration
• Knowledge of UX Design principles
