Description
The Performance and Coaching team is seeking a motivated and inspired Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET) to join us in building UKG Pro™ Coaching and Development, our next generation of people-centered feedback solutions! You will be a key contributor in the design and development of new features, with a passion for building high-quality and easily maintainable software solutions. You will develop and maintain customer-facing web and mobile applications, deploy and release containerized microservices to the cloud, and own the software development lifecycle end-to-end. You will collaborate with other Engineers, SDETs, SREs, UX Designers, and Product Managers to deliver the best-in-class performance management product on the market!
Responsibilities:• Implement and advance reliable and performant quality infrastructure and automation at all levels• Drive product quality through evangelizing the quality mindset and empowering the team• Champion testing best practices and standards, and design patterns• Collaborate with the team to solve challenging and complex technical problems• Passionate about building software solution and learning cutting edge technologies• Support an Agile methodology culture of delivering high quality software and continuously improving the software development lifecycle
Qualifications• 4+ years of professional experience in software development and automated testing• Strong understanding of modern automated testing frameworks, tools and methodologies• Experience writing, debugging, and enhancing automation tests at all levels• Experience with automated testing tools such as Postman, Cypress or similar• Experience with Performance, Scalability, and Reliability testing using tools like Gatling or similar• Experience with Object Oriented Languages such as Java or Kotlin; Microservices and event-driven architectural patterns• Experience with frontend development, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Angular• Experience with backend frameworks, such as Spring Boot and Javalin; SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL or MongoDB; Designing & developing RESTful APIs and services; Message brokers like Kafka and/or RabbitMQ

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law
The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $120,200 to $172,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation. San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $138,200 to $198,700 per year.
