About the Role

In this opportunity as Lead Software Developer, you will:

  • Take ownership and leadership of critical components of our technology platform
  • Contribute to our development efforts, according to our Agile Scrum process
  • Participate in "big picture" architectural discussions and R&D
  • Mentor other developers on the team
  • Engage with other teams to coordinate dependencies, etc.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Lead Software Developer if your background includes:

  • 5+ years of Tech Lead experience with .NET/C#, especially in an Azure cloud environment
  • Experience with various data stores (MSSQL, Elasticsearch)

    • Experience with tech such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or other modern data stores/systems is a plus
  • Ability to experiment with and evaluate new technology
  • Communicating with leadership and stakeholders regarding technology needs and decisions
  • Tenacity to see a project through from conception to customer value

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states (CA, CO, CT, NV, WA) and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $114,100 - $211,900. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
