Description

We seek a Full Stack Lead Software Engineer with solid Java and Angular/ React expertise to join our team and help us build our next-generation AI Applications.

You will play a key role in engineering across our offerings in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, agile environment. You will work with product owners, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement solutions to meet business objectives. You would be part of an Agile delivery team, delivering on an agreed release cadence and driving an ownership culture.

What you'll do:• Design, develop, test, and deploy product features• Perform peer code reviews• Monitor product health and alerts• Develop a good functional knowledge of the domain• Work autonomously on issues, including in-depth analysis of use cases, data, and other factors• Help your team develop a robust, resilient, secure, quality product and maintain technical debt to a minimum level• Foster a culture of delivering quality software on time and of continuous process improvement • Participate in both strategic and operational planning• Mentor peers and help them grow their technical skills

Qualifications• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information systems, or a related field• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• 7+ years of hands-on development experience with full-stack Java enterprise-level application development • Solid experience in Java-based web development: Java, Spring, Rest Framework• Strong Front end experience. Angular/ React is ideal with a solid background in HTML / JavaScript and CSS• Strong SQL skills. Experience with data and NoSQL is a plus • Experience developing APIs and Web Services • Experience using Python or any other scripting language• Experience using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus• Experience working with one or more cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure• Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum environment
