Join our accelerator GenAI Engineer team as Lead Software Engineer and you can help make it happen. Your job? Leading software engineering efforts, collaborating with team members to implement new features and enhance our products. Whether adding to existing services or launching new ones, you'll be pivotal in troubleshooting user issues across global regions. Additionally, you'll contribute to defining new product requirements and designs with the product team. Your passion for advancing science to positively impact lives is essential for excelling in this role.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide technical and leadership guidance to software engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high productivity
• Implement modern advancements like genAI to enhance software development efficiency
• Develop high-performance, scalable applications using micro-services architecture, emphasizing observability and reliability
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise in modern internet architectures and frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement across cross-platform teams, fostering an agile and adaptive environment
• Embrace a fast-learning mindset and promote continuous learning within the team
• Champion agile practices and principles, ensuring their adoption and maturity across teams

About you

• Experience: Demonstrates significant experience in leading software engineering teams, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and mentoring team members effectively
• Soft and technical skills: Possesses strong technical skills in software architecture, micro-services development, and a deep understanding of scalable application design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies. We have a diverse stack and as long as you are willing to work with a micro services approach, we are open-minded about your technology preferences. You'll have the ability to explore new technologies and strategies. We leverage technologies including GraphQL, Node.js, and React.js for frontend and backend development. Additionally, we utilize advanced GenAI technologies such as AWS Q and chat-GPT, alongside key components of the AWS stack such as Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS, DynamoDB, and more, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
• Education: Holds a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous but not required if experience and skills meet the role's demands
• Languages: English
