Lead Software Engineer (Appian)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full cycle of pre-sale activities
• Identify solution requirements and scenarios for the future solution together with the client
• Implement solutions from establishing project requirements and goals to stage "go-live"
• Lead the team in designing and hands-on coding mission's critical components, prototypes, PoC
• Participate in design to deployment related activities, guidance implementation
• Maintain the security of all system applications
• Participate in non-project activities, including knowledge sharing and elaborating best practices according to modern industry trends

Requirements

• Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation on technical specifications and solution architecture
• Proficiency with process & development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative)
• Knowledge of OOP concepts and hands-on experience in design patterns
• Experience in strategic frameworks like Customer Service, Decisioning and Marketing
• Background in design and implementation of external services integrations (using REST, SOAP and/or ESB)
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
• RDBMS experience, one of: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• English level B2 or higher
