Lead Software Engineer (C# WinForms WPF)
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Software Engineer specializing in C#, WinForms, and WPF to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will use your vast experience to maintain and upgrade our WWA desktop application by integrating and testing the latest versions, along with closely collaborating with fellow team members to deliver robust software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop desktop applications that utilize C# with WinForms and WPF
- Integrate REST APIs into applications to optimize functionality
- Perform thorough testing to ensure superior software performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to collect and evaluate requirements
- Propel ongoing enhancements in code quality, system scalability, and maintainability
- Debug, pinpoint, and solve intricate software issues
- Provide technical advice and coaching to junior engineers
- Document each stage of the software development life cycle
- Keep updated on emerging technologies and practices to influence the software architecture

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering
- 1+ years of pertinent leadership experience
- Expertise in C#
- Proficiency in designing and developing applications using WinForms and WPF
- Skills in REST API integration
- Knowledge of source control management and Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with incorporating ERP systems into software solutions
- Capability to work in fast-paced agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Background in working with other APIs and integrations
- Background in Angular development
