Our Staff and Compliance Tooling Team is looking for a Lead Software Engineer who is excited about designing and engineering new solutions and is not intimidated by diving into legacy code to support a critical component of our platform, which handles hundreds of thousands of compliance transactions daily.

Requirements
About You:

• You have proven web development experience and a strong system design record, allowing you to make important technical decisions and take responsibility for them.
• You've worked with Python and Django professionally.
• You are comfortable with programming in TypeScript or JavaScript and are familiar with modern frameworks.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills, which allows you to perform troubleshooting and debugging effectively.

Bonus Points:

• You are familiar with cloud technologies, like AWS or GCP.
• You are well-rounded with project management methodologies and tools.

The Base Salary range for this position is $117,000 - $175,000 USD annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
