Accountabilities

Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape and execute engineering strategy aligned to product and commercial growth plans.

Provide leadership and mentorship across engineering managers, technical leads, and senior engineers.

Guide architectural direction and technical decision-making to ensure platform scalability and maintainability.

Oversee engineering delivery, including resource planning and release management for high-quality execution.

Mature engineering processes while maintaining agility in a scale-up environment.

Collaborate across functions to align engineering outcomes with customer and market needs.

Support the evolution of low-code and AI-driven capabilities within the product ecosystem.

Strengthen engineering governance and quality standards as the organization scales globally.

Provide executive-level technical insight for business planning and growth.

Requirements

Strong technical foundation with a background as a software engineer.

Proven leadership experience in SaaS scale-ups, ideally in high-growth environments.
