Lead Solution Design Manager

• Define solution requirements and technical architecture specifications in response to new business request or approved projects from the business
• Guide application development efforts, providing clarification on requirements or architecture as they arise
• Signoff on delivery of new capabilities to the business
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for issues that TCS or support & maintenance team escalate
• Coordinate with PMO to establish org architecture and solution requirements standards
