Lead Solutions Architect - Digital (Remote US)

Description

Humana is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect who has extensive experience with Content Management Systems, Digital Asset Management Systems, SaaS products for experience building, and has built solutions and strategy for content personalization for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be up to par with latest technology trends of digital world and has complete command in building strategic and tactical roadmaps for digital products. The candidate should be able to do executive briefing to VP and above level leadership while at the same time able to sit with group of software engineers to explain and drive architecture designs. The candidate should be able to build and run enterprise governance for digital content and asset management. The candidate should be able to work directly with vendors and fully understand all the capabilities of vendor products i.e. Adobe.

Responsibilities

The Lead Solutions Architect works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. The Lead Solutions Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Lead Solutions Architect:

• Translates business needs into technical systems solutions
• Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system
• Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance
• Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision
• Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8 years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology field
• 3 years or more experience in Adobe AEM, Target, Audience Manager, and Campaigns
• 5 years or more experience in software development and cloud infrastructure blueprinting/provisioning
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
