Lead Solutions Architect

This role sits at the intersection of advanced infrastructure design, cloud architecture, and enterprise data resilience strategy. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, shaping large-scale availability and data protection solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Operating in a highly technical and collaborative ecosystem, you will bridge field engineering teams with product groups to influence solution design and adoption. The position combines hands-on architectural expertise with customer-facing leadership, including pre-sales engagement and post-deployment support. You will contribute directly to complex solution design involving virtualization, storage, and hyperscaler platforms. This is a high-impact role where your guidance will shape how critical systems are protected and scaled globally.

In this role, you will lead the design, validation, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions while supporting both customers and internal teams across the full engagement lifecycle:

• Partner with sales and engineering teams to support opportunities from pre-sales through post-sales deployment and adoption.
• Design scalable architectures and lead proof-of-concepts, technical validations, and large enterprise implementations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on data protection, availability, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues across partner and customer environments.
• Produce technical documentation including whitepapers, best practices, and competitive analysis to support solution adoption.
• Represent the organization in technical forums, customer presentations, and industry events as a trusted expert.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to influence solution evolution and roadmap alignment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise architecture experience and deep technical expertise across cloud and infrastructure ecosystems, combined with strong communication and leadership abilities:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, solution architecture, or pre-sales engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with virtualization platforms (VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat).
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale datacenter and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of hyperscaler platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Understanding of storage, database systems, and enterprise data management environments.
• Experience with automation using scripting or programming languages.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and architectural recommendations.
• Proven problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead complex technical discussions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
