The Impact You Will Make
We are looking for data-driven individuals who can execute effectively both by working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, production-focused environment to meet individual and team goals. We seek to foster a very collaborative environment in which everyone has a stake in accomplishing our goals. We rely on team members for input as to how our process can be optimized.

• Partner with Management on the execution of real-time workflow processes
• Review menus for accuracy for top-name restaurant partners & provide feedback to vendor partners
• Review menus systematically for recurring errors and document data trends
• Communicate reasonable estimates of resources needed to achieve goals or complete projects to Management and internal teams
• Evaluate progress on assigned tasks and adjust work style as needed
• Maintain consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Create and maintain multiple types of high-quality content to support Grubhub's restaurant partners while upholding Grubhub style standards and department policies
• Actively impact metrics within the workflow to meet goals and improve performance
• Maintain a fun culture and professional environment, aligned with Grubhub values

What You Bring to the Table

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to be self-motivated and work independently
• Ability to think critically and creatively to prioritize and solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with team members
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to escalate feedback on how to analyze and optimize processes
• 2+ years experience of relevant work in data entry, service, or operations
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Salesforce familiarity & SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience working with vendors preferred
• Experience working with high-value clients is preferred
