As our Lead Specialist, Marketing - Trade Shows and Customer Events for our Spine business, you will help plan, develop and oversees marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external clients.

What you will do:

  • Manage Spine's trade show experience in and outside of the booth, including maximizing booth location, developing welcoming booth designs and floor plans, and planning pre-show meetings and engaging customer events - all bringing our brand to life
  • Lead a collaborative, trade show planning process for cross divisional trade shows
  • Manage logistics for trade shows, including booth set up and tear down
  • Organize product focus (capital and implants) and the appropriate booth support/staffing
  • Partner with business unit and marketing leaders to identify Spine's sponsorship support
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to develop visuals, including graphics or videos
  • Design communications and communication plans for internal and external audiences that convey a consistent message and design before, during and after the trade show
  • Identify competitive insights and new trends and technology in the trade show space
  • Develop and manage key vendor and agency relationships as well as cross divisional relationships
  • Experiment with new and innovative concepts and design principles to maximize impact
  • Serve as a brand steward, adhering to and promoting Stryker's brand guidelines, specifically the trade show guidelines
  • Develop and maintain an annual tradeshow meeting calendar to establish priorities, track project status and deliverables
  • Identify, track, analyze and report on key metrics and meeting leads
  • Manage activity budgets and related expenses, reporting performance to budget

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 4+ years of work experience required

* $65,400- $132,300salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.*

Travel Percentage: 50%
