JOB DESCRIPTION
Specialty metals market development lead (Mobility & Aerospace)
- Develop, champion and execute new service strategies that ensure profitable growth
- Implement market research strategies based on customer and market requirements.
- Track industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to keep the company informed and competitive
- Lead business case development for new organic growth projects
- Collaborates closely with Product management to conduct client discovery sessions and collect Realtime client feedback to understand market needs, market trends, and UL's unique value proposition in the industry.
- Priorities service types into a product roadmap
- Actively engages with trade associations, regulators, specifiers, and other industry stakeholders to identify synergies, address concerns, and share UL expertise

QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's Degree) in an Engineering field or a related discipline plus generally five years of directly related experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely.
- General knowledge of company policies and sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects to achieve stated objectives.
- Recognized as a product or service specialist by peers, customers, or industry leaders.
- Significant business travel and work outside of the office required.
- Advanced English.
