Lead Specialist, Performance Management

Identify problems, opportunities, and potential solutions. Research best practices to communicate options for improvement. Develop and coordinate solution implementation. Create or support implementation and communication plans. Promote the integration of programs across the People Organization. Create, review, and maintain global program content and materials. Support development and delivery of Global program training to meet the needs of all levels of users and facilitation support. Provide information regarding existing developmental programs. Perform skills analysis to identify development opportunities. Assist with development gap identification and recommended solutions. Forecast future development needs to meet business strategies. Responsible for performance management strategy and execution. Support performance management initiatives. May telecommute part-time.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Human Resource Management, or related field of study and 3 years of experience.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $120,000 - $147,000
