About the Role:
GoodRx is seeking a talented and hands-on Lead Stock Administrator to join our Stock team in Finance. The candidate will report to the Sr. Manager, Stock Administration and collaborate closely with Finance, Tax, HR/Payroll, and Legal. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail and accuracy, as well as a commitment to high quality of work with impeccable customer service. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated deep understanding in Equity Compensation with focuses in Administration, Tax, Compliance & Employee Education.
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of stock options, RSU's, exercises, restricted stock releases, terminations and cancellations, and the processing of leave of absence vesting suspensions in compliance with SOX, current regulations, and governing plan documents.
  • Maintain database integrity and record keeping of our equity data in E*TRADE's EEO.
  • Maintain and review relocation data to track trailing reporting required for mobile employees.
  • Assist with Section 423 Employee Stock Purchase Program management, including administration of enrollment, offerings, employee education and partner with Payroll to monitor payroll deductions, contribution limits, QD&DD reporting. Coordinate with our 3rd-party vendor for the distribution of Form 3922 pursuant to the IRS' Section 6039 reporting requirements.
  • Assist with Trade PreClearance utilizing E*TRADE's Trade Clearance module.
  • Maintaining record keeping of 10b5-1 Plans utilizing E*Trade's 10b5-1 Platform.
  • Assist with generating reports required for 10-Q, 10-K, and Proxy Statement.
  • Generate and review for accuracy ad-hoc reports for Finance, Tax, HR/Payroll, and Legal.
  • Manage and coordinate timely and accurate responses to all employees' inquiries related to equity awards.
  • Perform other duties, ad hoc equity projects and reporting as requested.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years direct experience in equity administration.
  • CEP Level 1 (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field
  • Experience working directly with E*TRADE's Equity Edge Online system
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and complete projects timely and accurately.
  • Extremely organized and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel (vLookUps, Pivot Tables, etc) and excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-moving organization.


At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.
San Francisco Office:
$136,000.00 - $216,000.00
New York and Seattle Offices:
$124,000.00 - $198,000.00
Santa Monica Office:
$113,000.00 - $180,000.00
Other Office Locations:
$102,000.00 - $162,000.00
