Job Description

We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our Industries group.

The Lead, Strategic Growth engages our Services and Industries groups to manage and grow our strategic client relationships. You lead relationships with our largest clients and guide our team in listening intently to our clients' needs and the needs of their audiences. You understand how to discover new business opportunities and have significant experience prospecting sales and growing a book of business with enterprise clients. You use your sales and marketing skills to bring together the best individuals within our service studios to develop smart solutions and celebrate like the best of 'em when a job's well done. And you also are savvy enough to know how to develop less experienced colleagues into better solution consultants.

Our ideal candidate should bring experience in selling marketing solutions to enterprise clients that help drive strategic plans and assist with day-to-day, tactical implementation of marketing efforts. You'll work with team members across our service lines, including Strategic, Creative, and Interactive. You'll also work closely with our Operations Group to make sure our finances are consistent with our sales projections.

Responsibilities:

As a Lead, Strategic Growth, and as a key member of our Industries group, your core responsibilities include
  • Growing enterprise accounts across the industry verticals of the company
  • Account Planning with individual client leads to make sure revenue goals are achieved
  • RfP intake - deciding if we pursue or not, and then organizing the team (fit, capacity, financials, etc.)
  • Working with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining quote sheet templates
  • Sales Consulting Training with our Industries group and other key individuals
  • Sales forecasting and reporting to company leadership and board
  • Working with operations to accurately maintain monthly sales goals


Here's what you'll need:
  • Preferred 20 years of business development experience
  • Enterprise Sales Experience
  • Experience selling in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications industries
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Naval Experience - preferable as a deckhand
