In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving significant sales growth for OEM products in the Agricultural industry. Your efforts will ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales process, strengthening client relationships and generating new business opportunities. As a proactive manager, you will engage with both internal teams and customers to enhance product development, aligning market needs with strategic objectives. This role is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge and achieving long-term sustainability goals.

Accountabilities

  • Carry out strong customer account management practices.
  • Review, negotiate, execute, and manage customer agreements.
  • Mitigate business risk associated with key customer inventory.
  • Build, deepen, and sustain customer relationships.
  • Drive critical KPI’s of customer scorecard.
  • Deliver consistent year-over-year sustainable profit growth.
  • Manage and develop new business opportunities through pipeline development.
  • Proactively obtain and leverage voice of the customer (VOC) information.
  • Maintain effective business management practices.
  • Build and sustain strong internal partner relationships.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Application/Sales Engineering or Sales Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer products and competitive threats.
  • Proven track record of success within an industrial products company.
  • Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of business acumen and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple competing tasks.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and performance analysis skills.
  • Motivated self-starter and team player.
