As the Lead of System Operations Engineering (SOE), you will lead a highly motivated team of Shift Engineers that enjoy providing accurate solutions for the reliable operation of the grid. You will get to develop each engineer's career through mentorship and training opportunities.

Additionally, you have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive application, procedure, and process improvement.

In one year as our Lead of System Operations Engineering, you will know you were successful if:• you obtain a firm grasp of SOE policies and procedures• you participate/lead SOE Strategies and Development• you develop strong relationships with team members and build individual plans to grow necessary competency and capabilities to meet their career goals

We are looking for talented professionals who have:• at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a related field• demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively influence cross-functionally and at various levels within the organization

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
