Lead Systems Analyst

SoHo Dragon represents an investment bank with offices in Iselin, NJ that needs to hire a Lead Systems Analyst.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (1-2 days in office)

• 10-15 years of Business Analysis experience

• Work closely with business users at all levels to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with development teams in analyzing, designing, building, and testing financial business applications.
• Maintain active communication channels with all stakeholders on deliverables and periodically send status reports.
• Ability to provide end-user application support to front-office, middle-office and back-office users.
• Should have excellent communication skills & strong analytical skills.
• Should have prior experience interacting and communicating with senior management.
• Should have experience working in fast paced, high pressure environments.
• Should be able to drive projects with minimal, unstructured or no requirements.
• Should be able to track all outstanding bugs, enhancement requests and production issues and manage them from initiation to completion.
• Ability to perform QA testing and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ability to prioritize and allocate resources, tasks effectively.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and work with multiple teams

Skills:

• Ability to capture UI requirements
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Agile development methodology is a must.
• Should have prior financial domain experience.
• SQL knowledge and data mining skills a huge plus.
• Candidates with investment banking experience would be preferred.
