Lead Systems Engineer (AOS-EDAP)

Provides requirements management support to the Enterprise Data and Platforms Ground program Office.

• Lead, manage, coach, train and motivate a team conductingSystems Engineering activities in support of cloud-based software development activities.
• Develop Systems Engineering products to include integration, verification, validation and test processes, requirements tracing, short term and long-term schedules and roadmaps.
• Develop and apply Model Based Systems Engineering
• Manage requirements for programs and projects and develop Developing enterprise, system, functional, performance, and interface requirements
• Develop Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for new capabilities

Qualifications:

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with CI Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or related discipline
• 10 years total experience (or a MS degree + 7 years)
• 5+ years of experience directly supporting a System Engineering organization
• Demonstrated understanding of Systems Engineering and DoD/IC Acquisition and budgeting processes
• Strong oral and written communications skills
