ManTech is seeking a Systems Engineer/Architect Lead to join our team supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

Performance shall include:

• Experience providing enterprise level IT architecture and engineering in but not limited to NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments.
• Expert knowledge of system design, development, testing and implementation, product lifecycle, and rapid prototyping.
• Experience performing gap analysis and trade studies; developing and executing test events; and performing engineering and technical analysis, evaluations, and assessments on a variety of systems.
• Capable of establishing system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
• Designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
• Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develops appropriate corrective action.
• The work is to be conducted at the customer site and may involve CONUS/OCONUS travel.

Experience:

• Should have at least 12 years' experience (with a Bachelor's degree) in the systems engineering of complex systems and subsystems.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (+12 years' experience) or Associate's degree (+14 years' experience).

Certification:

• Must be DoDI 8570.01 Level III Information Assurance System Architect and Engineer (IASAE) certified.
• Possess a Cloud Security or Cloud related technology certification.

Preferred:

• Two or more Cloud Security or cloud related certifications
• One or more ITIL certifications.

Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.
• The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
