Lead Teacher/Full-time We are looking for a fun, loving and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. Lead Teacher responsibilities: • Plan and implement lesson plans. • Assess each child’s developmental needs on an ongoing basis. • Communicate positively with parents and staff. • Perform a variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, and changing of diapers. • Establish and maintain an environment appropriate for children to ensure safety and well-being of children at all times. • Provide positive guidance to support social and emotional development. • Work with your age group team of teachers and assistants.
