This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Tech Business Operations Partner - REMOTE. In this role, you will support diverse business management functions within the Technology division. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders, you will contribute to enhancing organizational processes and communications. Your ability to analyze data, ensure operational efficiency, and engage with a variety of stakeholders will be crucial. This position calls for a proactive mindset to execute business strategies in a dynamic environment, where your contributions directly impact the success and growth of the organization.

Accountabilities

  • Partner with divisional leaders to support the execution of organizational strategies.
  • Manage the rhythm of the business by organizing reviews and engagement activities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy and budget planning.
  • Create compelling narratives and visual materials for varied audiences.
  • Lead and manage special projects applying best practices in change management.
  • Foster alignment and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships across teams to support business priorities.
  • Provide informed recommendations based on a comprehensive understanding of the business.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in executive office operations or related functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in developing executive-level communications and presentations.
  • Advanced degree in business or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the financial industry and financial products (preferred).
  • Ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments with analytical thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and strategic thinking.
