Accountabilities
Oversee project resource management and allocation across customer engagements.Manage customer onboarding and integration of products/services.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sales.Maintain visibility into the sales pipeline and prepare for new opportunities.Collaborate with Agile Leads to support Agile delivery methodologies.Manage financial aspects of customer engagements, including budgeting and forecasting.Support the creation and negotiation of Statements of Work.Identify and drive additional sales opportunities within existing accounts.Ensure effective deployment plans align with customer expectations.Oversee critical customer issues and ensure timely resolution.Facilitate regular customer meetings to ensure transparency.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Develop and update enablement tools and resources.Stay informed on market trends and customer business goals.Ensure accurate tracking of billable hours.Comply with privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in technical account management or similar roles.Post-secondary education in a technical field or equivalent experience.Experience in resource management and financial oversight.Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.Proven track record in managing multiple customer accounts.Familiarity with healthcare technology and standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) preferred.Willingness to travel up to 25%.Benefits
