As the Lead Technical Analyst, you will build a new digital experience for Agents and Insureds. You will be on the API team assisting in the requirement gathering and data mapping. You will also define the functional, non-functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements a business subject matter expert. Additionally, you will:

• Act as a liaison between IT and business partners to ensure the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business
• Assist with developing and documenting use cases
• Lead system requirements gathering and definition meetings
• Participate in architecture design meetings, testing meetings, and implementation support meetings
• Assist in the development of system training documentation

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• At least 8 years of experience in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline
• Bachelor's degree
• Technical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of technologies, software applications, programming languages, and adjacent systems and data exchanges
• Analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to investigate, assess, and recommend solutions
• Ability to apply these skills to new project request and defect resolution
• Understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Lean, and Kanban
• Ability to write Agile User Stories using Gherkin statements to define the acceptance criteria
• Ability to perform data mapping between many different systems
• Technical skills in API, SQL, Data Warehousing, Integration, and Data Mapping

Great Additional Skills:

• Technical skills in NoSQL databases, Swagger, json, XML, Postman, and SoapUI
