You will be part of the team to build ICI Academy for benefit of our partners, customers, employees, and enthusiasts.

Experience:

• ICI technical experience preferred (If not, CLM Domain desired)
• 5-8 years of Development Experience.
• Hands-on experience on ICI Environments, MT and troubleshooting
• Exposure to - IDN, Developing Technical Configuration (Basic)​
• Internal candidate preferred.

Execution Responsibilities:

• ICI Technical Content Development: ICI Technical skill course content design and delivery [e.g. ICI Api/IDN Technical Configuration/SSO] 
• ICI Technical Professional Certification Program: Design, build the course and content for ICITP certification; Enhance and maintain as per the product releases.
• Own and execute ICI Technical workshop program- Define, develop labs content; Plan, conduct and execute technical workshops for Icertians, Partners; Mentor & support participants as they complete labs; Set up & manage the workshop environment; Scale up the ICITP workshop coverage by building technical trainers with partners
• Icertis Certified Trainer (Technical) Program: Design, build the course and content for Technical ICT; Enhance and maintain as per the product releases; Plan and build ICTs across partners
• Technical Evangelist/Leadership: Provide technical and thought leadership within BU; Academy Reports & Dashboards System Project- Automate the current manual process, improve the efficiency; Analyze, design, build API integrations for Academy Operation with – Litmos, Accredible, SF, Icertis HR; Collaborate with SE Architect/developers/SMEs 
• Customer enablement: Build ICI technical self-sufficiency as per the business need; Build and deliver custom technical training program
