Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Drive mulBple large-scale technical projects, working cross-funcBonally with product manager, designers, so:ware development team, business operaBons and external partners across organizaBons to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery.

  • Defines and implements cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery (SDLC), defines metrics to measure and monitor efficiency and effecBveness of the processes and drives adopBon across organizaBons.

  • Monitors and tracks complex programs effecBvely by providing periodic updates to technical, non- technical teams and Senior Management

  • Has the right balance of technical, project management and business/product acumen and manages delivery across SDLC serving as a single point of contact.

  • Handle mulBple compeBng and changing prioriBes in a fast-paced environment

  • Manages stakeholders from different cross funcBonal teams by seeng expectaBons and providing

    frequent program/project updates.

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools.

  • Ensure PMO processes and pracBces are aligned with industry best pracBces.

  • Maintain a comprehensive project porOolio dashboard for tracking project performance.

  • Conduct regular porOolio reviews and status updates to stakeholders.

  • Ensure project documentaBon is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Implement governance pracBces to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and PMO effecBveness.

  • Generate regular reports on project status, risks, issues, and resource uBlizaBon.

  • Analyze project data to idenBfy trends and areas for improvement.

  • Facilitate communicaBon between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

  • Ensure stakeholder expectaBons are managed and met through effecBve communicaBon and reporBng.

  • Provide training and development opportuniBes for project managers and team members.

What Makes You Qualified

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management

  • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-funcBonal projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business AdministraBon, or a related field.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) cerBficaBon or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Excellent leadership, communicaBon, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management so:ware and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

  • Ability to manage mulBple projects and prioriBze tasks effecBvely.

  • Strong analyBcal and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking and alignment

  • Should have competencies like stakeholder management, change management, risk management

  • Ability to plan resource planning and management
