What You'll Do:

Strategic Visionary: Spearhead the design and execution of strategic product development initiatives within the GRC domain, influencing the future direction and driving tangible results

Technical Expert: Leverage deep experience in software development and delivery to plan, manage, and de-risk execution throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Delivery Maestro: Orchestrate program success across the complete product lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and achievement of key milestones

Agile Collaborator: Foster a culture of open communication and cross-functional collaboration, engaging all stakeholders and building strong relationships across teams

Metrics Architect: Gather and analyze program data, generate insightful reports, and implement feedback loops to optimize performance and track progress towards strategic goals

Change Champion: Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, innovative problem-solving, and by implementing agile methodologies to navigate a fast-paced environment

Executive Liaison: Cultivate strong relationships with leadership, translating complex technical nuances into clear roadmaps and providing concise status updates
What You'll Need:
Minimum Qualifications
-
8+ years of experience in program management or similar roles
-
An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications

Strong preference for experience managing programs within a SaaS environment

Solid understanding of the SDLC and PDLC, with a proven track record of applying technical knowledge to achieve and improve business outcomes

Passion for collaboration and communication, thriving in an environment of cross-functional interaction

Proven ability to assess program success, prioritize effectively, and navigate complex environments

Strong leadership and analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Proficiency in program management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and technical project management tools (e.g., Jira)
How You’ll Be Rewarded:
- Salary range in the US:Â
$142,000.00 - $241,000.00
- A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
- Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
- 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
