JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for designing, developing, and managing test software and hardware development activities until release to production.

• Establish Production Test Capability and process optimization such as test time reduction, automation, test program change management, test containment/coverage, process elimination and other improvement programs for manufacturing released products.

• Interface Globally on engineering issues such as test program problems, hardware, and system related problems.

• Interface with other departments to support test related issues concerning OEE like machine downtime, yield, speed, and quality.

• Submit weekly/monthly project updates and performance results.

• Generate test/process specification and maintains product documentation in accordance with company’s documentation policies.

• Initiate systems, procedures, and services for continual improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher Diploma / degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent semicon experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) repair and product/equipment characterization utilizing basic statistical methods and SPC

• Knowledge on the use of advanced statistical techniques for machine assessments such as MSA and FMEA
