Lead to Cash Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Lead to Cash (LTC) Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in the Lead to Cash process, particularly in areas such as Opportunity Management, Contract Management, Order Fulfillment and Billing.

The LTC Solution Architect will be responsible for evaluating business requirements and deciding on best fit solutions utilizing existing applications and services in the Aptiv landscape or through evaluating and recommending new solutions.

The LTC Solution Architect will work closely with Systems Analysts for key applications including SAP and Salesforce to develop the strategy and roadmaps for the LTC process and solution.

Your Role

• Evaluate and define solutions for Aptiv business requirements in line with the Aptiv Architecture process.
• Create High Level (HLD) and Low Level (LLD) Design documents.
• Present solutions and design documents at the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to ensure designs allign to governance, security and technology standards.
• Work with existing applications in the LTC area including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management to develop roadmaps to meet the emerging business needs of Aptiv.
• Evaluate new technologies and suppliers when appropriate to ensure the LTC process continues to evolve in line with business requirements.
• Will involve applying knowledge of the automotive or related industries to tailor solutions effectively, ensuring they meet industry standards and requirements.
• Providing strategic guidance to project teams, you'll play a crucial role in aligning project implementations with overarching business objectives and ensuring solutions are delivered in line with the design.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and partners, you'll lead by example, fostering effective communication and teamwork to drive successful business transformations.

Your Background

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in designing solutions and roadmaps in the LTC process area
• Experience in LTC Process in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and/or Salesforce preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable with questioning established ways of working to bring process and automation improvements and getting agreement to change
• Background in the automotive, high tech, manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
