About the Job:
Introducing TOT Exchange the pioneering centralized exchange platform that is set to revolutionize the Peruvian financial landscape. As the very first of its kind in Peru TOT Exchange is poised to become the heartbeat of the nation's digital asset trading offering a seamless and secure environment for users to buy sell and trade a diverse range of cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

We are looking for a skillful and passionate Lead Engineer/CTO to make continuous innovation in web3 spaces.


Tech Stack: React Node.js  Web3.js/ Ethers.js


Salary Range: 180K ~ 240K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lead equip & manage the entire team and propose innovative ideas from a technical point of view
  • Develop and maintain high-quality responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern web technologies (HTML CSS and JavaScript Web3.js).
  • Responsible for the entire development architecture & security of the product
  • Interpret Figma  on wireframes mockups and prototypes ensuring alignment with project requirements and overall design principles.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability taking into consideration cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design principles.
  • Assist in the development of design systems style guides and reusable UI components to ensure consistent and maintainable code eg.Storybook
  • Participate in code reviews providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality and maintainability.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest web development and design trends tools and technologies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.


Requirements:

  • Experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience in Smart Contract - Solidity programming language Truffle
  • Proficiency in modern web development frameworks and libraries such as React
  • Demonstrated experience with responsive and adaptive design principles as well as an understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Solid understanding of Figma and its features with the ability to read wireframes mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Experience with Wallet integrations (MetaMask WalletConnect etc.): Tools and libraries for connecting Web3 applications with users' cryptocurrency wallets
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with CSS pre-processors like Sass or LESS.
  • Experience of Smart Contract - Solidity language
  • Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques.
  • Basic understanding of backend technologies and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with design principles color theory typography and layout with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
