Job Description:

This role provides an opportunity to lead very strong team players!

• Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements and recommending system solutions.
• Leads front end teams to align existing systems and processes to updated/new systems.
• Drives process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities, business process definition and system alignment.
• Translates business requirements into system definitions and solutions.
• Resolve system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly.
• Documents business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc.
• Manages a team of Business Systems Analysts dedicated to providing business systems analysis support for development of new applications and application support activities.
• Leads and advises less experienced team members, monitors growth, and sets team as well as individual goals.

Job Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Management Information Systems or a related field 5+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting integrated business information applications systems.
• Typically has 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in a similar environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to act as liaison between team members and department leads.
• Demonstrated ability to make high quality business decisions based on a mixture of analysis, experience, and judgment.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Requires project management skills to implement system alignment with business processes.
• Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements.
• Experience with following are assets to this role and team Real Estate Industry Experience Salesforce Microsoft SQL Server ELK Stack (Elastic/Logstash/Kibana) Postman (API) IDP/SSO
