About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, change-oriented strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence leading with the ability to contribute at both a strategic and operational level. This role will bring outstanding communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills and demonstrated experience leading HR in a rapid growth environment. The individual will bring strategic insight around people needs within a multi-national professional services consultancy, along with a track record of building credibility and effective relationships across all levels of the organization. This role will also be responsible for partnering with executives and senior leaders regarding all matters related to human capital and have a strong track record as an innovative thought leader, providing creative ideas and solutions in a high-growth company.  

The ideal individual will also provide leadership on human resources processes and will work with key 10Pearls global leaders on aligning overall human capital strategy and long-term goals. Strong business acumen understanding will be essential to be a driver on strategic solutions for employees and leaders while aligning them with the organization’s culture, strategies, and vision.  This role is expected to be working 3-4 days in the office per week.

Your Day to Day:

  • Ability to design, develop and implement key programs and initiatives to attract, retain and develop a global employees base 
  • Identify, tools, processes, and initiatives to support rapid growth on a global scale
  • Proven experience developing and driving the execution of the HR Operations strategy, integrating best practices/trends and performing analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing human capital processes and programs
  • Overseeing a professional development program to support employees with acquiring and developing new skills
  • Implementing and executing a performance feedback program to identify, grow and develop key resources across the company 
  • Effectively execute HR strategy, including performance tracking; departmental, team, individual, and leadership development; succession planning and readiness to address current and future business needs
  • Design effective employee engagement strategies with a focus on retention of high performers, high potentials, and key contributors
  • Build the capabilities of and mentor direct reports to effectively align people and culture with the company’s strategic priorities
  • Management of benefits, compliance, employee relations, and compensation planning
  • Must be a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to the operational leaders

Your Skills: 

  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills and empathy for employees & leaders at all levels along with significant influence/negotiation skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident with ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to think strategically beyond tactical execution
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and continuous improvement and the growth mindset  
  • Outstanding systems skills, including HRIS, Excel and other Microsoft applications 

What Our Team is Looking For:

  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience as a manager or higher level in Human Resources preferably in Professional Services environment  
  • Excellent development and execution of strategies, process improvement, culture and system change, meeting facilitation and design, and communications
  • Ability to innovate and challenge current norms to drive change in the organization and work with people at various organizational levels
  • Skilled at partnering with business clients at all levels and in balancing the role as a liaison between human resources and internal client groups  
  • Reputation for being a process-driver and thought leader, leveraging efficiencies in the use of technologies, workflows, and processes
  • A demonstrated ability to multitask, probe, analyze and problem-solve issues with minimal guidance
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on key goals
  • Preferred: A Master’s degree in Business or Human Resources; SHRM-SCP or PHR certification About 10Pearls:
