This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of IMC's leadership and organizational development. This high-profile role will report to the Head of Organizational Development and work directly with key stakeholders to develop employee and management's leadership capability, utilize data to deliver the best-in-class development programs, and consult with business leaders on leadership challenges. This position will also help drive change management strategies, champion transformational initiatives, and bring new ideas and innovative approaches to development at IMC.
This position requires an individual who can act as an advisor to the business, build and execute integrated development strategies and solutions, and help develop organizational capacity to accelerate our growth as a company.

Role And Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Organizational Development and key stakeholders to build our leadership, management, and employee development strategy aligned with company goals
- Diagnose leadership gaps and business opportunities to design a development framework, program, curriculum, and solutions to accelerate manager and leadership readiness, capability, and performance
- Partner with HR and business leaders and other global HR team members to effectively deliver development strategies that enable the organization to meet its strategic priorities
- Assess current practices; and design, deliver and execute scalable initiatives focused on (1) new people managers (new to the role and new to our company), (2) individual contributors preparing for people manager roles, (3) mentors, and (4) experienced managers
- Design and facilitate learning curriculum using stay-of-the-art methodologies for team members that create a-ha moments and experiences that lead to deeper insight and growth
- Deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that incorporate the latest learning trends, including simulation, gamification, and immersive learning
- Leverage internal expertise, vendors, and consultants to develop, deliver and maintain best-in-class leadership development experiences
- Build and implement an onboarding process for experienced hires
- Serve on the core team responsible for updating leadership competencies/success factors
- Evangelize the role of the mentor/manager, and communicate our compelling business case for investing here
- Regularly measure progress and assess the effectiveness of initiatives and programs relative to driving outcomes and impact (e.g., increased retention, career development, succession bench strength, and effectiveness)
Skills And Qualifications
- 12+ years of HR experience with deep expertise in employee, leadership, and management development
- Prior experience in a small, start-up environment company and working with both local and global stakeholders
- Experience designing, delivering, and ensuring execution of successful learning and leadership development programs at fast-growing companies
- Experience managing external learning and development vendors; deep knowledge of learning, development, leadership development theory and practice; and effective management practices
- Experience working at all levels of the organization, from senior leaders to front-line employees
- Strong communication, relationship building, and influencing skills; collaborative and inclusive, with a bias for action and strong project management skills
- Comfortable and experienced with complexity and ambiguity; able to translate complex concepts into meaningful, relevant, and actionable plans
- Graduate degree in HR, I/O, business, learning, instructional design, learning measurement, OD, or related field preferred
