Leadership Development Associate

Choice Marketing Partners is seeking future business leaders to help foster growth, efficiency and innovation as a Sales & Marketing - Leadership Development Associate (LDA). The Sales & Marketing LDA role identifies solutions and influences customer decisions based on analysis and communication. The LDA will serve in a full-time role within our Natural Gas sales and marketing department.

Offering:

- $45,000-50,000 annually

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:

- Ability to deliver presentations to commercial businesses, and potential customers

- Ability to analyze complex business issues and make sound business decisions

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a field environment

- Attend weekly team development meetings

- Leadership developmental skills / Student Mentality 

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 + years in sales and marketing preferred but not required
• Customer Service experience required 
• Interests in working in sales, and marketing required
• Interests in working in Natural Gas programs, amongst other businesses required
